A smaller panel only needs a battery box and a $50 battery. A person will also need a $10 to $15 DC input, so appliances can use the converted energy. The next step in the process is to connect everything, which means getting insulated wires. Put the DC inlet onto the negative battery pole by placing one wire on at a time.
